3.After we have received your order, we will send you an invoice within 24 hours.

4.After receiving the invoice, please bank in or transfer the half deposit or full payment to our account within 48 hours.

After you have banked it, please send us an email which includes the:

- amount
- which bank
- cash deposits / IBG
- reference number

POSTAGE CHARGE

Delivery By Hand - RM10-RM25 (depends on distance & tol x 2)

0-500g = RM 6.00
>500g - 1kg = RM 8.00
>1kg- 1.5kg = RM10

Sabah/Sarawak -*(1kg)RM15 + RM 7/RM10 (cooler box) =RM22 / RM25

Sabah/Sarawak - *(2kg)RM26 + RM7/ RM10(cooler box) =RM33/ RM36

Labuan - RM30 + RM7/ RM10(cooler box) - RM37/RM40

Only use Pos Laju (1-2working day)

Customer are advice to use Cooler Box for large quantity order for postage.
Price for Cooler box u have to add in Payment:

Small: RM7
Big: RM 10


*If choose using a cooler box, in case if the chocolate melts or not even in good condition, your chocolate will be replaced by a new one or you will get your money back (not include postage fee)
*If using normal box for shipping, we will not be responsible if you do not get chocolate in good condition.
* But most of the chocolates are posted using regular box for shipping delivered in good condition


TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Only serious buyers!No backouts. Backout buyers will be blacklisted.

2. Once confirmations were made, no backouts. If you do not want to order the particular item, please do send us an email to cancel the order.

3. Buying is at your own risk
(we will not be responsible on any damages,lost or choc melt due of weather in post)

4. Please make half deposit or full payment after confirmations made (48 hours)

5. Shipping fee is not included. There will be a minimal charge of the shipping fee & box for shipping.We will be using Pos Laju.

7. Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone during delivery time.

8. Once you have received the goods, kindly send an email / sms to notify us. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will assume that you have already received the goods.
